Senior Technical Support Engineer, £50,000 – London/ Manchester

Pearson Carter is working with an End-user, and they are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their rapidly expanding team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Determine the problem and find a solution.
• Training Users on new operations of the system.

Experience:

• Experience with Windows (including IIS Web Servers) and Linux-based server environments
• Creating, Analysing and Refactoring SQL queries.
• Good working experience and knowledge of API’s

Salary
They offer a very competitive salary package of 50K+ as well as Private healthcare, Bonus and Remote work.

Location
Manchester and London office – Hybrid working
