Job Overview:
We are seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow Security Operations applications. The ideal candidate will enhance security operations by managing incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence workflows, integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security tools, and implementing automated security orchestration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow SecOps applications, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Configure ServiceNow platform features, including workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST APIs).
• Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk platforms.
• Build and manage automated workflows, playbooks, and security orchestration processes.
• Maintain and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and Security Operations workflows.
• Work closely with Agile teams in virtual environments to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
• Apply knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps applications.
• Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise security systems and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks is highly desirable.

Salary/Package:
90,000 – 120,000 per year
