Software Developer (MYOB Acumatica), 140,000–150,000

Pearson Carter are looking for a mid-level Software Developer with strong MYOB Acumatica experience to join a growing ERP consultancy. The role involves supporting ongoing projects and client demand across manufacturing, distribution, NFP, and stock-driven industries.

They offer an excellent salary of up to 150K up to 15K incentive Hybrid Working.

Responsibilities:

• MYOB Acumatica development, customisation & support
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (REST APIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, time-critical client issues
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Contribute to full project lifecycle (planning, execution, documentation)
• Manage cases and ensure timely resolution and communication

Experience:

• Strong experience with MYOB Acumatica (highly preferred)
• 3 years in ERP / software development
• C#, .NET Framework
• SQL / database management
• Experience with APIs / integrations (REST)
• ERP experience (Acumatica, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, SAP B1 etc.)
• Version control (GitHub)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Salary
140,000–150,000 up to 15,000 bonus Hybrid Working

Location
Based in North Sydney with a hybrid working model (2 days WFH / 3 days in office). Open to candidates in Sydney preferred, but also considering Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth for strong candidates.
