Solutions Architect – Hybrid – Smart City, Kalkara – €55,000 – €65,000

A leading tech solutions provider based in Malta is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their growing Customer Success and Pre-Sales team. The company is expanding due to new client wins and an increased demand for high-end IT infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

They’re seeking someone with a strong background in pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement across technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, AWS, Cisco, and HPE.

They offer a competitive salary up to €70,000, along with flexible hybrid working, training and certification opportunities, and the chance to work on cutting-edge enterprise projects.

• Engage in pre-sales activities to design and present tailored IT solutions

• Work closely with the Commercial Team to drive business growth

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with best practices

• Create proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on architecture and technology strategy

• Support proof-of-concepts and post-sale transitions

• Minimum 5 years in the tech industry in a pre-sales, consultancy, or solution design role

• Strong understanding of technologies such as Azure, AWS, HPE, VMware, Cisco

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 solutions and digital workplace environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross-functional teams

• Experience working within service delivery or managed service environments is a plus
