SYSTEMS ANALYST – UP TO £35,000! + 10%

Location: Southampton, with 2 days per week needed in their city centre office

The goal of this support role is to collaborate with the Client Applications team in providing an exceptional experience of client servicing applications suite to both our clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client-facing team to gather requirements, enhance core systems, and configure financial reporting suite
• Support engagements with clients and provide updates
• Address support desk issues and project enhancements
• Participate in data projects and interface with third-party systems
• Interpret complex requirements and develop solutions

Experience

• Customer service/support desk experience
• Experience in databases, programming languages (VBA, VB.net, Javascript, Python, SAS, Transact-SQL)
• Knowledge of dashboard creation tools: PowerBI, Tableau, IBM Cognos
• Prior eFront configuration
• Support experience with Yardi, Viewpoint.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to £35,000 per annum for the right candidate!

Location

This client is based in Southampton, and you will be required to attend their office 2x per week
