Tech Lead – Malta – €40k 

Pearson Carter are working with a company that provide quality IT Services & Solutions to businesses, they have done so for the past 25+ years to major clients within different industries.

They are on the lookout for an Tech Lead based in Malta

They are offering a salary of up to €40k, depending on experience, + benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our IT Support Team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage, and optimize team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and effective resource utilization.
• Act as the second/third line of support for complex technical issues, stepping in to troubleshoot and resolve when needed.

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a team lead or supervisor in an IT support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, both on-premise and cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365.
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Salary:

They are offering a salary of up to €40k, depending on experience, + benefits.

Location:

Malta – hybrid
