Job Overview
The role of the Technical Solutions Lead will be to provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful implementation of D365 Finance and Operations projects. This position will focus on handling development needs, completing development tasks, learning new processes, researching and suggesting improvements. The individual will assist in defining, testing, and maintaining developed solutions.

Responsibilities
• Lead and document design sessions to ensure business process requirements translate into technical requirements.
• Review, analyze and solve complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process.
• Develop enhancements using appropriate best practices, establish interfaces, convert or migrate data, and develop reports using Power BI.
• Analyze client requirements and develop business analytics architecture using PowerBI and Azure tools.
• Present and educate users on best practices for technical issues or questions.
• LCS, DevOps, Azure instance management and deployment
• Power BI and Power BI modeling
• Azure business analytics tools including Data Lake, Analytics, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Synapse, SQL, and Power BI Paginated (SSRS) reports
• Power Automate
• BPM/RSAT
• Odata
• Data entity store publication
• X
• Custom API approaches including AIF
• Data and Customization Migration toolsets
• C# development projects
• SQL Server (T-SQL) needs: ad-hoc reports, application queries, stored procedures, etc.
• Experience with ERP software, preferably Dynamics AX/D365
• Any projects requiring programming/development, regardless of technology used

Experience
• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certifications a plus.
• 3-5 years of education and/or experience required.
• Must be self-motivated and multi-task oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information, decisions, and approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others, complete and understand complex analysis of computer/phone system issues and business related issues with IT, research, read, analyze and interpret written materials, meet and exceed company standards, ensure compliance with policies, respond appropriately to feedback to make improvements, maintain positive working relationships, troubleshoot and solve problems.

Salary/Package
• 150,000 per year
