BC Consultant Lead Fully Remote Up to 95,000

A growing Microsoft Partner is looking to add a Business Central Consultant Lead to its team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering up to 95,000, ideal for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central professional looking to take the lead on projects, support consultants, and deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Youll play a key role in leading Business Central implementations, overseeing solution design, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position offers the opportunity to combine strong functional expertise with leadership responsibilities, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultants

Oversee Business Central implementations, upgrades, and ongoing development projects

Manage client relationships, workshops, and requirements gathering

Provide functional expertise across key Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain

Lead solution design, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and best practices

Support project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives

Act as a senior escalation point for complex functional and technical issues

Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery

Required Experience

Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV)

Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Functional Consultants

Proven track record delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations

Strong functional knowledge across core Business Central modules

Experience managing client relationships and leading requirements-gathering workshops

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery

Salary: Up to 95,000 Location: Fully Remote
