Demand for Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals continues to outstrip supply. Microsoft's push of AX customers onto Finance & Operations, the rapid growth of Business Central in the mid-market, and the convergence of Customer Engagement with the Power Platform and Copilot have created three parallel talent shortages at once. Partners are competing for the same certified consultants as end users, and experienced candidates routinely field multiple offers within a fortnight of entering the market.

The sharpest shortages are in Business Central developers with AL and cloud migration experience, F&O finance consultants who have completed multi-entity rollouts, and CE architects who can bridge Dataverse, Power Platform and Azure integration. Hybrid and remote-first roles now dominate, which means employers are no longer just competing locally — they are competing globally.

We recruit across the complete Dynamics 365 delivery lifecycle: functional consultants and solution architects for Business Central/NAV, Finance & Operations/AX, Customer Engagement/CRM, HR and Supply Chain Management; AL, X++ and plugin developers; technical architects and integration specialists; project managers, delivery leads and pre-sales consultants. In 2026, Dynamics 365 functional consultants typically earn £55,000–£75,000 in the UK, $110,000–$145,000 in the USA and AU$120,000–AU$160,000 in Australia.
