D365 Business Central / NAV Consultant 60k Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics-focused organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior D365 Business Central / NAV Consultant to join their team.

This is a senior role for an experienced Dynamics professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central, ERP implementations, functional consulting and project delivery.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across end-to-end ERP projects, supporting clients across Finance, Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central implementations.
• Work across the full ERP project lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery.
• Provide functional consultancy across Finance, Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing.
• Manage and coordinate ERP projects and implementation teams.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design where required.
• Provide guidance and expertise across Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience:

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Sales, Logistics and Manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Dynamics Consultant, Functional Consultant, ERP Project Manager or ERP Manager.
• Experience managing projects and/or implementation teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics Partner.
• Previous pre-sales experience.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM.
• Experience working across international projects.
• Previous experience with Infor M3 / Movex.
• Experience within the Fashion or Food & Beverage sectors.
