BC Developer - Hybrid - 70,000

An experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer with a strong track record of delivering Business Central implementations, customisations, integrations, and upgrade projects across a range of industries. Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, developing extensions using AL, customising Business Central, and supporting organisations throughout the full project lifecycle.

Experienced in solution design, development, API and third-party integrations, data migration, testing, performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. Combines strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder communication with a deep understanding of Business Central development best practices to deliver high-quality solutions, maximise system performance, and drive business value.

**Responsibilities **

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV) customisations and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Work with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Build integrations with third-party systems and internal applications using APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple environments.

**Experience **

• At least 5 years experience in D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV development
• Strong experience with AL and C/AL development, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Solid knowledge of Business Central architecture, extensions (v2), and event-driven programming.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integration tools

**Location **

This role will require 3 days a week onsite in their Northampton office

**Salary **

Between 60,000 and 70,000 DOE
