Pearson Carter is recruiting for a Microsoft Partner with more than 25 years experience delivering ERP solutions to businesses in the waste management and environmental sector.

With a team of 150 across the UK and Europe, the business is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of Business Central and NAV implementations.

The opportunity

Youll guide clients through the implementation process, coordinate delivery teams and keep projects moving against agreed budgets and deadlines. Working across several projects at once, youll be responsible for maintaining clear communication and seeing each implementation through to go-live.

Your role will include:

Leading concurrent Business Central and NAV projects.

Planning delivery schedules, allocating resources and monitoring expenditure.

Coordinating project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and resolving delivery challenges.

Collaborating with colleagues across the UK and Europe.

Your background

Were looking for someone with:

At least six years project management experience across D365 Business Central and NAV.

A track record of delivering implementations from initial planning through to launch.

Experience working within a Microsoft Partner.

The ability to oversee multiple teams, project budgets and competing deadlines.

A PRINCE2 qualification.

Clear communication skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
