Business Central Solution Architect Remote Working 95k OTE

Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner that is looking for an experienced Business Central Solution Architect to join their delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Business Central professional looking to take ownership of solution design, technical leadership and customer delivery.

Youll work across new Business Central implementations, upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects, combining strong Dynamics NAV/Business Central expertise with a solid understanding of business processes, particularly manufacturing.

The role is highly customer-facing, with responsibility for leading discovery workshops, shaping solutions, supporting pre-sales and mentoring consultants and developers. Youll play a key role in helping customers maximise their Business Central investment while contributing to wider technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and solution design activities.
• Design scalable Business Central solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Act as the technical lead throughout project delivery.
• Produce solution specifications, technical documentation and guidance.
• Support consultants and developers with technical decisions and solution design.
• Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and future requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, estimations and proposals.
• Help customers develop their Business Central roadmap and wider technology strategy.
• Work with third-party applications, ISVs and integrations.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery standards and methodology.

Experience:

• Strong experience working with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central within a consulting or delivery environment.
• Proven experience leading solution design, discovery workshops and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and wider business processes.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, demonstrations, estimations and proposals.
• Commercial awareness across scope, budgets, timelines and customer requirements.
• Experience working with ISVs, third-party applications and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to ownership and delivery.

Desirable:

• Previous experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics partner environment.
• Strong manufacturing or ERP implementation experience.
• Experience across complex Business Central integrations and third-party solutions.
• Experience shaping customer technology roadmaps.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central certifications.
