THE ROLE
This is a Data Centre-focused growth and business development role, responsible for identifying new opportunities, building market relationships and driving Clients position within the data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies and growth opportunities within the data centre industry.
Build strong knowledge of Prysmian's data centre solutions, including structured cabling, connectivity products and related technologies.
Monitor relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices.
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the data centre segment, aligned with Prysmian's wider business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting cross-business-unit initiatives.
Build relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, distributors and industry partners alongside the sales team.
Represent Prysmian at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events and customer meetings.
Deliver market insights and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with technical teams on site visits, technical assessments and solution evaluations.
Working Arrangement & Package
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
Salary: SGD 12,000 per month
Bonus: Up to an additional month's salary

THE CANDIDATE
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, with strong marketing/commercial knowledge.
8 years' experience in a similar industry, large system integrator or related technical environment.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling solutions, including experience across areas such as Building Management Systems, access control, security and fire safety.
Proven experience managing relationships with vendors, end users, consultants, distributors and partners.
Strong track record of driving brand awareness through consultant engagement, partner training, events and industry networking.
Proven hunting/business development experience with the ability to identify and win new opportunities.
Good understanding of the data centre and structured cabling market.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Independent, self-motivated and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
CDCP certification would be an advantage.
