Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead to drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on leveraging Power Platform to identify inefficient processes and build practical, scalable automation solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, design solutions, and deliver improvements using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI, and data integration technologies.

The role is hybrid, with the first 90 days focused on training and shadowing before moving to a 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify inefficient business processes and opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Build and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to reduce manual processes.
• Support Power Platform applications, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.
• Work with data integration, Power BI, Azure, APIs, and SQL where required.
• Help establish and maintain Power Platform governance and best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Experience

• 6 years of experience across business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• 2 years of hands-on Power Automate experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Around 2 years of Azure experience and 1 year of SQL experience.
• Experience with Azure integrations, APIs, and Microsoft 365 Administration is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience troubleshooting business applications and translating manual processes into automation solutions.
• Power Platform certifications and experience with Copilot or GitHub are beneficial.

Salary/Package

150K170K DOE 20% Bonus 20 Days PTO VMD 401K from Day One Full-Time Role

Hybrid position 3 days onsite / 2 days remote following the initial 90-day training and shadowing period.
