THE ROLE

Were looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Consultant to join the international delivery team.

Youll be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver effective Business Central solutions. The role will involve managing multiple customers, working alongside internal teams and supporting implementations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering D365 Business Central implementations
• Working directly with customers to understand requirements and business processes
• Supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Managing multiple customer relationships and priorities
• Collaborating with functional and technical teams
• Providing guidance and ensuring solutions are delivered to a high standard
• Supporting international projects and travelling to customer sites when required

This is a highly client-focused role suited to someone who is confident, organised and comfortable working autonomously.

THE CANDIDATE

Were looking for someone with:

• 2 years experience in a similar D365 Business Central consultancy role
• Strong and demonstrable Business Central experience essential
• Experience delivering and implementing Business Central solutions
• International implementation experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities
• A proactive, autonomous and organised approach
• Previous Microsoft Partner experience is desirable, although relevant end-user experience will also be considered

International travel is an important part of the role, with travel expected to be up to approximately 30% depending on project requirements.

You should also be located within reasonable distance of an airport to support international client travel.
