An established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy is expanding its Business Central team and is looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to support a portfolio of projects across the healthcare sector.

The position will see you take ownership of key functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, working directly with NHS organisations to translate operational requirements into effective Business Central solutions.

You'll predominantly work from home, with travel required to customer locations across Northern England and the Midlands.

What you'll be doing

Taking Business Central projects from initial discovery through to deployment

Running workshops with customers to capture and document requirements

Translating business processes into practical BC solutions

Configuring Business Central in line with agreed functional requirements

Working across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Stock and Warehouse functionality

Coordinating and supporting testing and UAT

Delivering user training and assisting customers through go-live

What we're looking for

You'll have a strong background delivering Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central projects, ideally gained within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment.

Key experience includes:

4 years working with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central

Hands-on experience delivering complete ERP implementation projects

Business Central / NAV experience from 2014 onwards

Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing

Previous Microsoft Dynamics Partner experience

Confident requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle

Experience within the NHS, healthcare or wider public sector would be advantageous, as would Microsoft certifications and particularly strong Finance knowledge.

Package & Working Arrangements

Salary: 60,00065,000 Working pattern: Predominantly home-based Travel: Customer-site visits as required, with travel expenses covered

Projects are located across areas including the North East, North West, Yorkshire, Nottingham and Rotherham.
