D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe

Pearson Carter is working with a growing international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner looking for an experienced BC Team Lead to join and help develop its European consulting practice. This is a senior, hands-on position combining Business Central delivery, functional consultancy and team leadership.

THE ROLE

Youll take ownership of Business Central implementations while leading a team of consultants and developers.

Key responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle D365 Business Central implementations

Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery

Lead and develop BC Consultants and Developers

Run workshops, requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis

Own functional solution design and configuration

Work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders

Support the continued growth of the BC practice

THE CANDIDATE

Were looking for someone with:

10 years D365 BC / NAV experience

12 full-cycle implementations

Strong Business Central Finance knowledge

2 years team leadership experience

Strong functional consultancy and project delivery experience

Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Multi-entity, multi-currency, MB-800, Power BI and Power Automate experience would be advantageous.

LOCATION

Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, UK or Portugal.
