Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner specialising in Microsoft Dynamics and data solutions within the healthcare sector. Having delivered Microsoft solutions across healthcare for more than 14 years, they are looking to bring an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Consultant into their team.

This is a home-based position, with occasional travel to customer sites as required. You will be supporting NHS Trusts on Business Central projects, working across complex implementations and helping clients maximise their investment in the platform.

Location: Home-based North East, North West, Yorkshire, Nottingham, Rotherham Salary: 60,00065,000 Travel: Client travel with expenses covered Requirement: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Central projects from initial requirements through to go-live.
• Work directly with NHS Trusts to understand business needs and develop appropriate BC solutions.
• Configure and deliver solutions across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and support testing, training and implementation activities.
• Provide functional consultancy throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimise existing Business Central processes.

Experience

• At least 4 years' experience working with NAV/D365 Business Central, including NAV 2014 onwards.
• Strong functional understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Previous consultancy experience within a Microsoft Dynamics Partner environment.
• Background working with NHS Trusts or within healthcare would be advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills.
• Professional and consultative approach with an understanding of working within a client-facing consultancy environment.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
