THE COMPANY:

A growing Microsoft Solutions Partner with over 100 employees, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and cloud technologies. With a strong focus on delivering tailored business solutions, they are continuing to expand their Dynamics 365 practice and are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect to help shape and deliver complex customer projects.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect to join an established Microsoft delivery team. Working closely with customers, Functional Consultants and developers, you will take responsibility for the technical direction of Dynamics 365 CE projects from initial discovery and design through to delivery. This is a senior hands-on position with responsibility for solution architecture, technical decision-making and supporting the wider development team.

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions across a range of customer requirements
• Own the technical approach from discovery and solution design through to implementation
• Develop and oversee customisations, integrations and extensions across Dynamics 365
• Work closely with Functional Consultants and customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers within the team
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and customer meetings where required
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with Microsoft best practice

THE CANDIDATE:

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
• Proven experience designing and architecting Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Strong understanding of integrations, customisations and the wider Microsoft technology stack
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring or guidance to other developers
• Confident working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner, consultancy or professional services organisation
• Comfortable taking ownership across the full project lifecycle
• Dynamics 365 Field Service or Power Platform experience would be advantageous
• Excellent spoken and written English
