Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Developer to join the team and play a key role in developing, supporting, and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated developer with strong technical and analytical skills to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver effective D365 F&O solutions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess new D365 F&O projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance D365 F&O applications.
• Create technical specifications, documentation, and solution designs.
• Lead workflow and solution design reviews with business stakeholders.
• Research and recommend appropriate technology and solution improvements.
• Develop and support D365 F&O data integrations with other platforms.
• Work with technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide application support and take ownership of reported technical issues.
• Create end-user documentation and deliver training where required.
• Promote development standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to deliver new functionality and system improvements.

Experience

• 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• 2 years of experience managing or leading D365 F&O projects.
• Strong experience across D365 F&O development, application support, integrations, and technical design.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Salary/Package

120,000 - 132,000
