Pearson Carter are currently working with a well-established Microsoft Partner that is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant to join their growing consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a D365 CE Consultant looking for a highly client-facing role with the opportunity to take ownership of workshops, requirements gathering and functional delivery.

Youll work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, supporting clients across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Youll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, run workshops and deliver effective business solutions.

They offer a salary of 42,000-50,000, fully remote working and the opportunity to work on a range of exciting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, alongside support for Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver functional consultancy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Run client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Work across D365 CE Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Support the delivery of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical consultants and project managers throughout delivery.
• Support clients throughout the implementation and ongoing development of solutions.

Experience:

• 2 years experience working as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Confident running client workshops and gathering requirements.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of workloads.
• Experience within a small to mid-sized Microsoft Partner environment would be beneficial.

Desirable:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• MB-800 certification, with support available to work towards this.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations.
• Experience working across multiple client projects.
