Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics partner that is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to take operational ownership of their Service Delivery function. You will oversee delivery performance across multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.

This is a senior operational leadership role suited to someone with strong ERP delivery and team management experience, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Project Managers, Account Management and the COO to manage resources, resolve blockers, handle escalations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Team Leaders across the Service Delivery function
• Oversee delivery performance across multiple teams and customer projects
• Manage resource allocation, utilisation and team capacity
• Ensure consistent delivery processes and quality standards
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer and internal delivery issues
• Resolve operational blockers and maintain delivery continuity
• Work closely with Project Managers, Developers and Architects
• Provide the COO with visibility of delivery performance, risks and capacity
• Support commercial oversight, scope changes and resource forecasting
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction

Experience:

• 5 years' experience in Project Delivery, Service Delivery or Team Management
• Hands-on ERP project delivery experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams and customer priorities
• Strong customer-facing and escalation management experience
• Experience across discovery, UAT, go-live and post-go-live support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with Project Managers, Developers, Architects and Consultants
• Strong understanding of delivery risk, quality and operational performance
• Commercial awareness and experience managing scope/change control
• Experience within a consultancy, ERP or IT services environment

Desirable:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience
• Microsoft Dynamics Partner or consultancy experience
• Experience managing ERP Service Delivery teams
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• ITIL, Agile or PRINCE2 experience
