We're working with a long-standing Microsoft solutions provider that has built a strong reputation delivering ERP, finance, HR and integration projects across a diverse customer base. Due to continued expansion, they're looking to add an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to their team.

This is a customer-focused position where you'll play a key role in Business Central deployments, helping organisations optimise processes, particularly across finance functions. You'll work remotely while supporting a variety of projects and engaging with stakeholders across different regions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Work with multiple clients across different implementation phases.
• Advise customers on finance-related Business Central capabilities and best practices.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders and international colleagues.
• Deliver workshops, training and ongoing consultation throughout project lifecycles.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience working with ERP solutions in a consultancy or functional role.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• Background delivering ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage several client engagements concurrently.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner would be advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering Business Central projects across multiple countries.
• Broader functional knowledge across additional BC workstreams.
• Exposure to international or multi-company ERP environments.

Location

This role is fully remote, and applicants must be based in the UK, Spain or Portugal with convenient access to an international airport.
