Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant - Fully Remote - Up to 45,000

A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to support and enhance Business Central environments, working closely with end users, consultants, and developers to resolve issues, deliver system improvements, and provide ongoing ERP support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Business Central support tickets
• Configure and maintain Business Central environments, users, and permissions
• Support core Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality
• Work closely with consultants and developers to resolve more complex issues
• Deliver user training and provide guidance on Business Central best practices
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
• Liaise with customers to understand issues and provide timely resolutions

Required Experience:

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience supporting Business Central or NAV users in a consultancy or end-user environment
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory modules
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and resolving support tickets
• Knowledge of Business Central configuration, administration, and user management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads effectively

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps
• Understanding of SQL and Business Central data structures
• Experience supporting integrations with third-party applications
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner

Salary:

Up to 45,000
