Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant
A Microsoft Partner is looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work across a range of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, helping clients improve processes and maximise the value of their CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
- Support Power Platform implementations, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system improvements
Required Experience:
- 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner (MSP)
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Experience delivering end-to-end CRM projects
- Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary: Up to 50,000
