Estimator Specialist Construction Concrete Remediation / Seismic Strengthening

Pearson Carter are currently working with a specialist construction business looking to bring an experienced Estimator in-house. Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, they are looking for someone to take ownership of the estimating function and support successful tender delivery.

They are seeking an experienced Estimator who can prepare tenders, price complex works, and manage tender documentation from start to finish. Experience across concrete remediation, seismic strengthening, or specialist construction would be highly valuable.

Responsibilities: Prepare tenders and pricing submissions Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets Manage tender documentation and submissions Work closely with project teams and stakeholders Identify commercial risks and opportunities Support business growth through successful tender delivery

Experience: Strong construction estimating experience Experience preparing tenders and pricing complex works Background in specialist construction, remediation, or strengthening projects preferred Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Experience managing estimating processes independently

Salary Competitive salary package aligned with experience.

Location Australia
