Pearson Carter are working alongside a leading Microsoft D365 Business Central Solutions Partner who are looking for a Lead D365 BC Manufacturing Consultant. They offer a salary up to 85k, fully remote working and exciting company retreats. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of D365 BC manufacturing implementations for UK and EU-based clients

Client leadership: Act as a senior point of contact, advising clients on manufacturing processes and BC solutions

Team leadership: Guide and support functional consultants, sharing best practice and ensuring high-quality delivery

Solution design: Oversee solution configuration and ensure implementations align with business requirements

Continuous improvement: Drive delivery standards, resolve complex challenges and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions

Experience

Extensive experience with D365 Business Central, particularly manufacturing functionality

A proven track record leading or overseeing complex BC implementations

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client-facing skills

Experience with solution design, configuration and delivery best practices

Salary

Salary up to 85k depending on experience
