THE COMPANY:

A global Big Four professional services firm with a growing Digital Consulting practice in Malta. Their Microsoft Dynamics 365 team delivers complex international projects and is looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to take ownership of major client engagements and help grow the wider BC capability.

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a D365 Business Central Functional Lead to lead complex Business Central implementations from discovery through to delivery. Working closely with senior clients, functional consultants and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide functional leadership, shape solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory and HR
• Own the functional direction across discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover and post-go-live
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to shape practical, scalable solutions
• Manage functional deliverables, project risks, dependencies, scope and delivery quality
• Lead, coach and mentor functional consultants within the team
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations and client discussions
• Contribute to the development and growth of the wider D365 Business Central practice

THE CANDIDATE:

• 5 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Proven experience leading Business Central implementations or ERP workstreams
• Strong hands-on knowledge of D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and full project lifecycles
• Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources and delivery risks
• Confident working directly with senior client stakeholders
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring functional consultants
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Professional services, consultancy or Microsoft Partner experience would be advantageous
• Microsoft Dynamics certification would be advantageous
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Spanish, German or Italian would be advantageous
