Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Configuration Manager to take ownership of an enterprise CRM platform, driving functional design, hands-on configuration and continuous improvement across key customer-facing applications.

This is a strategic individual contributor role, ideal for someone who combines deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise with strong business process knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, views and automation using Power Platform, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own the functional roadmap and assess the impact of Microsoft platform updates.
• Establish configuration standards and low-code/no-code best practices.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system documentation.
• Work with developers and external partners on custom extensions where required.

Required Experience

• 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong functional expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Knowledge of Customer Insights, Field Service and Power Platform.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping and solution design.
• Background supporting enterprise CRM implementations and enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders across the business.

Salary & Package

• 135K145K base salary.
• Full-time permanent position.
• Benefits package.
• Dallas-based hybrid working: 4 days onsite and Monday working from home.

Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or distribution environments would be advantageous. Relevant Microsoft certifications are also beneficial.
