We are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist delivering full-cycle implementations, NAV migrations and ongoing support across multiple industries.

They are looking for a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to lead solution design, oversee implementations and provide expert functional guidance across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, upgrades and NAV migrations.
• Own solution design, requirements gathering, workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Provide functional expertise across Business Central Finance, including GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, multi-currency and consolidation.
• Support additional areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs and Warehousing.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and go-live.
• Work closely with finance, operations and IT stakeholders to deliver effective ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with AL developers on extensions, integrations and technical requirements.
• Mentor consultants and support best practices across the Business Central team.
• Manage delivery risks, stakeholder expectations and solution quality.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle implementations.
• Strong functional expertise across Business Central Finance.
• Experience in at least one additional area, such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing.
• Experience with workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration.
• Understanding of integrations, data migration and AL development.
• Experience managing project delivery, testing and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency or consolidation environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• MB-800 certification.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of AL development, APIs and integrations.
• Experience with Business Central SaaS implementations and NAV migrations.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner.
