Instructor‑led training for individuals and groups, delivered through face‑to‑face sessions, workshops, webinars and virtual formats

Hands‑on training for internal AI tools, helping staff build confidence and integrate these tools into daily workflows

Creating and maintaining training materials, quick‑reference guides and documentation tailored to different skill levels

Supporting consistent adoption of technology tools and ensuring training content remains current and effective

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training programs and supporting users across a variety of technology platforms. Key capabilities include:

Ability to deliver training on practical AI usage and internal AI tools

Experience providing one‑on‑one and group training across applications such as Microsoft Office (including advanced formatting, styles, cross‑referencing and template creation), FileSite, Aderant or similar systems

A continuous improvement mindset, using feedback and data to refine training programs

Ability to implement and train new processes and systems

Strong documentation skills, including capturing feedback, queries and solutions for FAQs and ongoing improvements
