LS Central Support Consultant 50,000 Remote

Location: Fully Remote (UK) Salary: Up to 50,000 Position: Permanent

Are you experienced in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central within retail environments? We're working with an established Microsoft Dynamics Partner that is expanding its support team and looking to bring in an experienced consultant with a strong understanding of retail ERP systems. This is an opportunity to work with a variety of customers, take ownership of functional challenges and play a key role in helping businesses improve the way they use their Microsoft Dynamics and retail solutions.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting customers with their day-to-day ERP requirements, investigating functional issues and ensuring their retail systems operate effectively.

Working alongside experienced consultants and developers, you'll have the opportunity to tackle complex support cases, contribute to system enhancements and build long-term relationships with customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of customer support requests across Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central.

Resolving functional issues involving retail operations, point-of-sale systems and back-office processes.

Supporting customers with stock control, inventory movements, purchasing and sales transactions.

Identifying the causes of system problems and recommending practical solutions.

Managing incoming incidents through to resolution while maintaining clear communication with customers.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

Practical knowledge of LS Central, LS Retail or comparable retail management platforms.

Understanding of retail processes, including POS operations, inventory, stock management and purchasing.

Experience investigating and resolving ERP application issues.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage competing priorities.

Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
