The Company
We're partnering with an established and growing Microsoft Partner that is continuing to invest heavily in its Microsoft practice. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to their technical consultancy team. The Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that combines consultancy, solution design and technical delivery. Working alongside a team of experienced Technical Architects, you'll help customers improve productivity, collaboration and security through the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is focused purely on Microsoft 365 technologies and does not involve Azure infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 consultancy and implementation projects
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 governance and best practice frameworks
- Configure Microsoft Purview security and compliance solutions
- Implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Information Protection, DLP and retention policies
- Provide technical expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive
- Support customers with Microsoft Copilot adoption and implementation
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and product developments
Requirements
We're looking for someone with experience in:
- Microsoft 365 administration and consultancy
- Microsoft Purview
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Microsoft Information Protection
- Microsoft Copilot
- Delivering customer-facing technical solutions
You'll also have excellent communication skills, enjoy working directly with customers, and be confident providing technical guidance and best practice recommendations.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, as occasional travel to customer sites and team meetings (approximately twice per quarter) will be expected.
Desirable
- Experience working within an MSP or Microsoft Partner environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Commercial Incentives (MCI)
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300 or SC-401, or a willingness to achieve them
