Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Practice Lead to lead and grow an established consulting practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior, hands-on professional with a strong functional background, Field Service expertise, and proven practice management experience to shape the future of a growing team.

You will lead business development, solution delivery, client relationships, and team growth while remaining involved in designing and delivering high-quality D365 CE solutions. This role offers significant influence over practice strategy, profit and loss, and future growth, with increased earning potential as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Microsoft D365 CE practice, overseeing strategy, operations, and profitability.
• Drive business development, including client relationships, discovery sessions, solution design, estimations, and proposals.
• Lead and oversee D365 CE implementations across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Remain hands-on with functional solution design, configuration, delivery, and implementation oversight.
• Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, solution standards, and quality controls.
• Advise clients on CRM strategy, digital transformation, roadmaps, and platform adoption.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the consulting team, including recruitment and performance management.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, functional consultants, and Power Platform specialists to deliver scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of practice performance, profit and loss, and opportunities for continued growth.

Experience

• 8 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or comparable enterprise CRM solutions.
• Proven experience leading or managing a D365 CE or CRM consulting practice.
• Strong hands-on functional expertise across D365 CE, with Field Service experience essential.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Dynamics consulting partner is essential.
• Background in consulting, including client-facing delivery, business development, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE applications, customer engagement processes, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience managing teams, developing consultants, and contributing to practice growth and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• A track record of commitment and progression within previous roles.

Salary/Package

• Salary up to 200,000 USD / 250,000 CAD, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
