Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect Malta 65k
Pearson Carter are currently working with a Big 4 Microsoft Partner who are expanding their Digital Consulting team in Malta. They are looking for an experienced Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead the technical delivery of complex D365 F&O implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of D365 F&O developers, ensuring development standards and quality
- Design and recommend scalable D365 F&O architectures based on client requirements
- Take ownership of the technical solution throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Manage releases and ensure high-quality delivery
- Lead technical integration requirements
- Provide hands-on development and coding where required
- Support Project Managers with technical recommendations and realistic delivery timelines
- Contribute to technical estimates and project planning
- Mentor and develop the wider D365 technical team
Experience:
- 5 years' experience as a Technical Lead / Technical Architect on D365 F&O implementations
- Strong knowledge of the D365 Finance & Operations ecosystem
- Experience with D365 F&O architecture, infrastructure sizing and migration projects
- Strong understanding of integrations and technical delivery
- Power Platform experience is advantageous
- Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications
- Degree-level qualification
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong project delivery and estimation skills
