Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist delivering full-cycle implementations, NAV migrations and long-term support across Europe, the Middle East and North America.

They are looking for a Team Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead multiple projects, manage a team of BC consultants and developers, and remain hands-on across workshops, solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Central projects end-to-end, covering scope, budgets, timelines and quality.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Central consultants and developers across multiple projects.
• Remain hands-on with workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Own functional design and delivery quality across projects.
• Work closely with client finance and operations stakeholders.
• Focus on Business Central Finance, including GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, multi-currency and consolidation.
• Allocate work, review deliverables and coach consultants.
• Support hiring, onboarding and development across the wider Business Central practice.
• Manage project risks, stakeholders and delivery expectations.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Business Central consulting team.

Experience:

• 10 years' hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
• 12 full-cycle Business Central/NAV implementations delivered in a leading role.
• Strong functional expertise across Business Central Finance.
• Experience across at least one additional area such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing.
• 2 years' experience leading or supervising a delivery team.
• Strong ERP project management experience covering planning, budgets, risks, stakeholders and delivery.
• Comfortable remaining hands-on with workshops, solution design, configuration and testing.
• Strong written and verbal English with experience producing client-facing documentation and reports.
• Experience working with multi-entity, multi-currency or group consolidation environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• MB-800 certification.
• Exposure to Power BI.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• AL development knowledge.
• Greek language skills.
• Experience working within international or multi-country organisations.
