THE COMPANY

Pearson Carter is working with a leading UK financial planning organisation looking for an experienced Operational Analyst to join its growing team.

With over 300 financial advisers across the UK, the business is focused on improving internal systems, streamlining processes and delivering innovative technology solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of CRM systems, business process improvements and operational projects within a growing organisation.

THE ROLE

You'll play a key role in improving business systems and supporting technology-driven change across the organisation.

Act as the CURO CRM subject matter expert

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Design and configure workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Develop client-facing outputs using Smartflows / Xperido

Produce management reports and business insights

Support data quality and cleansing initiatives

THE CANDIDATE

Experience within Financial Services or Professional Services

Strong knowledge of CURO CRM or Intelligent Office

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Business analysis and process improvement experience

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Hybrid Minimum 3 days onsite following probation
