Principal Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer

Location: Fully remote, UK Salary: Up to 95,000

Were recruiting a Principal Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join an established team of seven developers.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on Business Central development with technical leadership and AI development. Youll help shape the technical direction of Business Central and work alongside the Engineering Manager to coach and mentor the wider team.

The role

Deliver hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central development.

Help steer technical direction and development standards.

Develop and integrate AI capabilities within Business Central solutions.

Support the Engineering Manager in coaching and mentoring developers.

What were looking for

Experience operating as a Lead or Principal Business Central Developer.

Strong development experience within the Business Central Finance module.

Hands-on AI development or experience delivering AI capabilities.

The ability to provide technical guidance and support other developers.

Experience across the wider Business Central modules and within a Microsoft Partner environment would be advantageous.
