Product Manager (Digital) 75,000 Remote Working

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading UK management and technology training provider, delivering innovative learning programmes to organisations across the UK. They are looking for a Product Manager (Digital) to join their growing Product team.

This is a product-focused role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital training products, from initial concept and development through to launch, delivery and continuous improvement.

Youll combine product management, digital technology, AI, process automation and stakeholder management, while leading a team of Curriculum Developers and working closely with internal digital and technology teams.

They offer a salary of up to 75,000, remote working, flexible working and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Own digital, AI and technology product lifecycles.
• Manage product development, improvement and delivery.
• Lead Curriculum Developers and key stakeholders.
• Use market and learner feedback to drive innovation.
• Ensure apprenticeship standards, KSBs and EPA requirements are met.

Experience:

• Product Management experience in digital, AI, data or technology.
• Experience with AI, automation and low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of apprenticeships, KSBs and EPA.
• Strong stakeholder, project and people management skills.

Desirable:

• Industry experience within AI, data or engineering.
• Teaching or coaching qualification.
• Experience creating or delivering AI/technology apprenticeships.
• Experience taking learners through EPA.
• Experience creating an entire training programme.
• Experience delivering an AI, data or engineering training programme.

Location

The Product Manager (Digital) role is fully remote, with occasional face-to-face meetings where appropriate.
