Project Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Manage end-to-end project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring successful delivery.
• Lead customers and project teams through ELMO's implementation framework and best-practice methodology.
• Provide clear, consistent communication on project progress, milestones, risks, and key issues.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Oversee changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets while minimising business disruption.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Build strong client partnerships, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and achieve successful adoption of ELMO's SaaS platform.

About You

• Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS implementation projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and customers.
• Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience collaborating with end users, business stakeholders, and technology teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of software implementation and delivery processes, including change management considerations.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
• Comfortable working in complex and evolving environments, bringing structure, clarity, and direction to change initiatives.
