We are working with a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions provider that is looking for a Sales Representative to drive new business across the Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) region.

This is a commercially focused role, selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) add-on solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations.

Youll be responsible for developing new business, building strong relationships with customers and Microsoft Partners, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business sales across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM add-on solutions.
• Develop relationships with customers and Microsoft Partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.

Experience:

• 24 years' experience selling enterprise software, ERP or SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience selling into the DACH region.
• Strong business development and prospecting experience.
• Experience managing complex software sales cycles.
• Confident engaging with C-level decision makers.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.

Desirable:

• German language skills.
• Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience selling ERP solutions or software add-ons.
• Existing relationships within the DACH technology or Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience working with Microsoft Partners.

Salary & Benefits:
