We're working with an established organisation looking to strengthen its technology team with a hands-on Salesforce Developer. This is an opportunity to work across custom development, system integrations and platform enhancements, helping deliver solutions that improve the way the business operates.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to design and deliver Salesforce solutions that support business growth and create better user experiences.

The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for developing, customising and maintaining Salesforce applications while ensuring the platform remains scalable, reliable and aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across the business.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce where required.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules and automation.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability and automation.
• Participate in testing, deployment and ongoing platform support.
• Maintain development standards, documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with the wider technology team to deliver continuous platform improvements.

About You

You're a technically capable Salesforce Developer who enjoys solving problems, building practical solutions and working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You'll ideally bring:

• Commercial experience developing and customising Salesforce applications.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation and data modelling.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, permissions and deployment processes.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to delivery.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification will be highly regarded.
