THE OPPORTUNITY

Pearson Carter is working with an established Microsoft Dynamics specialist looking for an experienced 3rd Line Business Central Support Consultant to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems while getting involved in consultancy, system enhancements and customer-facing projects.

You'll be the go-to person for advanced Business Central issues, working closely with customers, developers and technical teams.

THE ROLE

Act as the escalation point for complex D365 Business Central / NAV support issues

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Manage high-priority incidents and deliver long-term solutions

Support system enhancements, configuration changes and minor developments

Work directly with customers to gather requirements

Collaborate with developers and third-party suppliers

THE CANDIDATE

Strong D365 Business Central / NAV experience

Background in 2nd / 3rd Line ERP Support

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience with Business Central configuration and system enhancements

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

THE OFFER

Salary: Up to 50,000
