Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established global retailer who are looking for a strong Senior Full Stack Developer to join their development team, working across a combination of greenfield projects and existing legacy systems.

The role requires strong commercial experience across C#/.NET and React, with exposure to both monolithic and microservices architecture. They're looking for someone who can take ownership of technical decisions and work closely with stakeholders, offering a lead-level position without the line management responsibilities.

The role offers a competitive base salary of 90,000 - 95,000.

Responsibilities:

Developing full stack solutions using C#/.NET and React

Working across greenfield development and enhancing existing legacy applications

Contributing to systems built around both monolithic and microservices architecture

Taking ownership of technical decisions and helping shape development approaches

Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions

Supporting the wider development team through technical input and best practices

Experience:

Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET and React

Extensive full stack development experience

Experience working across both new development and legacy systems

Understanding of monolithic and microservices architecture

Strong communication skills and experience engaging with stakeholders

Ability to operate at a senior or lead developer level while remaining hands-on

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary of 90,000 - 95,000, depending on experience.

Location

The client is based in London, but this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.
