About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Data Developer to design, build and deliver modern data, analytics and AI solutions across a range of industries.
This is a hands-on technical role that combines data engineering, software development and stakeholder engagement. You will work across cloud data platforms, data pipelines, analytics solutions and AI-enabled technologies, helping organisations transform data into actionable insights.
The role is suited to candidates with a strong software engineering or data engineering background who enjoy solving complex problems and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions.
- Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes.
- Create high-quality data models to support reporting and analytics.
- Develop and optimise SQL-based solutions across modern data platforms.
- Build Power BI reports, dashboards and visualisations.
- Develop production-ready solutions using Python, C# or JavaScript.
- Contribute to solution design, architecture and technical planning.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering best practices.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security and performance standards are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
- Explore and adopt modern AI and AI-assisted development tools.
Required Experience
- 3 years' experience for Intermediate level.
- 5 years' experience for Senior level.
- Strong experience in software development, data engineering or analytics engineering.
- Experience building data pipelines and enterprise data solutions.
- Strong SQL development skills.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
