Site Manager High-Rise Construction

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a high-rise construction project. Youll take ownership of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, to a high standard and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations across a high-rise construction project
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
• Manage construction programs, sequencing and site activities
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance across the project
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers, engineers and consultants
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and site constraints
• Review drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to program
• Maintain site records, reporting and project documentation
• Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
• Assist with project planning, forecasting and coordination through to completion

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving
• Solid understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
• Relevant construction qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and practices
