A great opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of two high-rise residential projects on the Gold Coast, located in Broadbeach and Chevron Island.

Working with established boutique construction companies, youll have genuine responsibility across both projects and play a key role in ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

Youll oversee the day-to-day site operations across both high-rise developments, working closely with trades, suppliers, consultants and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across two high-rise residential projects
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers
• Maintaining strong WHS standards and site compliance
• Leading regular toolbox talks and site meetings
• Managing construction programs, milestones and sequencing
• Overseeing QA and ensuring works meet required standards
• Monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise
• Providing regular project and site reporting
• Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program

About You

Were looking for a proven High-Rise Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of complex residential projects.

Youll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing high-rise residential projects of 10 storeys
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Australian construction codes and standards
• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements
• White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• First Aid certification is desirable
• Trade qualification or Construction Management qualification
