Technology Trainer Legal Tech / AI Adoption Adelaide, Sydney & Canberra

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading organisation looking to expand their technology training function across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Technology / IT / Software Trainer to help users adopt new platforms, improve digital capability, and drive technology adoption across the business.

This is a people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex technology into simple, practical solutions. This is not a developer or traditional helpdesk position the focus is training, user enablement, troubleshooting, and supporting successful technology adoption.

They are hiring across Adelaide, Sydney, and Canberra with on-site requirements.

Responsibilities: Deliver software and technology training to technical and non-technical users Create training materials, guides, and documentation Support users with technology adoption and troubleshooting Explain complex systems in a clear and practical way Assist with digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives Work with stakeholders to improve user experience and engagement

Experience: Strong technology/software training experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Microsoft Office expertise User support and troubleshooting experience Experience creating training resources AI knowledge or experience training AI tools Legal technology experience highly desirable

Desirable Experience: Legal/law firm environment FileSite / Aderant LMS platforms Document automation AI adoption and digital transformation

Salary Salary flexible based on experience candidate expectations will be considered.

Location Adelaide / Sydney / Canberra (On-site)
